News flash, update!

Hi. Can anyone help me to receive two of the PEKANA remedies? I live in Belgium and have been able to get all of Phase I via a pharmacist here in Belgium. All that is, except for Dalektro N, and, Lactic Plus.
Can anyone help me to get these two?

I have communicated with Hilda and getting the remedies via Spiritual Journeys office to Belgium is cost prohibitive. I could however afford to pay direct postage from U.S., or elsewhere, to Belgium.
Alternatively, people who live close to me will be in Ohio pod and Denmark pod, so the remedies could be handed to them to bring back to me.

Contact Hilda and see if she will send them to Jan. Let the ones who live close to you get them from Jan and bring them back to you. That's if you don't come up with a better plan before the class. If I can help in any way, please let me know!

Ok I have been experiencing what feels like an acidy stomach for the last few days and liver and gallbladder pain. Also some funky colon stuff going on? Anyone else feeling this? I would appreciate some feedback. :)

Sorry I forgot to mention Ive just started the five month protocol for two weeks so far.

Hi Sassa - Rain & Annique have a show on blogtalkradio- Fountain of Spiritual Healing. The most recent 2 shows are about this protocol. During the last show Annique mentions that your stomach can really act up and burn - it's all the bad stuff dying off. She suggested using Apple Cidar Vinegar. She did not go into more detail. However, Almine mentioned in the Rejuvenation course that using a mixture of 1-2 tbls of ACV in water and sweetened with stevia to help with acid indigestion. I have used a mixture of 1/2 AVC 1/2 water with stevia with really good results - for indigestion. (I am not on the protocol yet.) This mixture is tough to get down, burns the throat and then the tummy will really burn for about 5 minutes. You'll think "oh boy, now I've really done it", then everything settles down and becomes blissfully quiet down there. Hopefully this helps until someone who has done the protocol can chime in.

Late last night I remembered - In the 2nd Chronic & Systemic show that Rain & Annique just did they mention using the BVP sigils and calling on the angels to assist with any discomfort. The BVP protocol is available via the store.
